First, I have to apologise for that dog’s poorly pawwriting abilities. Those "initials" of course weren’t meant to be "AP" as some of you have spotted. That would have been too easy (and too cheap I guess). But thank you for your brilliant submissions anyway and congratulations to @2bras7cats who won this contest.
Our top runners-up were "This is so embarrassing, they aren't even his initials" (@Booneyboone),"Linda was torn between admiration for the dog's sinister dexterity and annoyance of its use of permanent marker" (@whosgotnoclue) and "Don't worry, his marks are a lot worse than his bite" (@ink_67).
Cheers, and I hope to see you all again next time!

Many thanks for all your inventive and funny submissions. The jurors liked
@Bigshirtlescol’s "Fellas name was Flintstone apparently. Hit the other side of the wall doing 95... Terrible... Terrible". They also loved
@pixieinthedark’s "Back in November when it was 30 feet long I dare say it was a tad inconvenient, but now we hardly notice it" for its funny wording as well as
Natalie’s "Im really interested in reducing my carbon footprint. So I’ve only made one trip to the forest!" which would fit the cartoon nicely. But in the end
@Ally__Jam’s "We've decided to get an artificial one next Christmas" was our absolute winner. Congratulations sir! Thanks yet again to all the entrants and we hope to see you all again next time! Cheers.
